Hotel Information

The host hotel, the Steamboat Grand, is directly across from the base area. Hotel rooms in the group room block start at $450/night plus taxes and fees. Click here to reserve your room! If you prefer to book by phone, call 877-269-2628 and mention the Southwestern Society of Pediatric Dentistry to receive the group rates.

  • Deposit: 10% of lodging cost
  • Full and final payment is due  30 days prior to arrival.
  • Cancellation: Reservations cancelled between time of reservation and 30 days prior to arrival forfeit the 10% deposit. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival forfeit the entire amount. No refund for late arrivals, early departures, no-shows, or downgrades.
  • Check-in time is 4:00pm.
  • Checkout time is 11:00am.
  • Specific Run of the House room types (Kings, Queens, and Studios) are not guaranteed and will be accommodated based on availability.
