The SouthWestern Society of Pediatric Dentistry is an ADA CERP-recognized provider approved by the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. ADA CERP is a service of the American Dental Association to assist dental professionals in identifying quality providers of continuing dental education. ADA CE RP does not approve or endorse individual courses or instructors, nor does it imply acceptance of credit hours by boards of dentistry. The SouthWestern Society of Pediatric Dentistry designates this activity for up to 20 continuing education credits.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing no later than January 10, 2026. A full refund, less a $400/doctor administrative fee, will be issued for those received by that deadline. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after January 10 or meeting no-shows except in extenuating circumstances as determined by the SWSPD board of directors. All refunds will be processed within 45 days after the meeting. There is an option for registration insurance at the end of your registration process that does not have a deadline. Be sure to read the details and terms.
