Hotel Information : VIEWLINE RESORT

SWSPD is holding a discounted block of rooms at the Viewline Resort Snowmass for meeting attendees. Room rates for this block start at $479/night plus taxes and fees. Click here to make your hotel reservations online. All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. 

A nightly resort charge of $50 per room per night (excluding 12.8% tax) includes guestroom internet, one self-parking space, ski valet, scheduled shuttle service to and from Aspen/Snowmass Airport (ASE), local on-demand shuttle service to Buttermilk, and access to the fitness center, pool and hot tubs. Resort amenities are subject to change.

A credit card is required to hold each guest's reservation. A deposit equal to the full value of the reservation will be charged 30 days prior to arrival. Such credit card shall serve to confirm the reservation for the dates indicated and may be used as the Guest's method of payment. There is no cancellation liability if cancellation is received by the hotel at least 30 days prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained. Cancellations or modifications resulting in a shorter length of stay, made within 30 days of arrival will be subject to full forfeiture of room and tax charge.

The SouthWestern Society of Pediatric Dentistry is an ADA CERP-recognized provider approved by the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. ADA CERP is a service of the American Dental Association to assist dental professionals in identifying quality providers of continuing dental education. ADA CE RP does not approve or endorse individual courses or instructors, nor does it imply acceptance of credit hours by boards of dentistry. The SouthWestern Society of Pediatric Dentistry designates this activity for up to 20 continuing education credits.


Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing no later than January 10, 2025. A full refund, less a $100/doctor administrative fee, will be issued for those received by that deadline. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after January 10 or meeting no-shows except in extenuating circumstances as determined by the SWSPD board of directors. All refunds will be processed within 45 days after the meeting.  There is an option for registration insurance at the end of your registration process that does not have a deadline.
